All fees associated with an event must be paid in full at the time of registration or 5 business days prior to the start of the event. If payment is not received by this deadline, the participant registration will be cancelled. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 5 business days before the event date.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Under special circumstances (as determined by the Alumni Relations Office) refunds will be granted. Refunds will not be available for registrants who do not attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
