Welcome to the home page of the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Status of Women. The Committee is advisory to the President regarding matters pertaining to the status of women on campus. Major functions of the committee relate to improving the status of women, students staff, administration, faculty and alumni, in their various roles within the Laurentian community. The committee also raises community awareness of women's issues in general, within Laurentian University and Greater Sudbury. Membership is broad and voluntary, including full-time and part-time students, faculty and administrative employees.
On this page you will find information on the our monthly meeting dates. Meetings are held during the noon hour on the last Tuesday of every month and are open to the Laurentian University community.
