The Student Awards /Fees Office falls under the general direction of the Director of Financial Services. We are committed to helping students achieve their educations goals through a wide range of services. Students with concerns or comments about the service received at the Student Awards and Fees Office, including complaints regarding their financial aid, are encouraged to write to the manager of the Student Awards/Fees Office outlining their concerns at:

If students wish to book a personal meeting, they may email financialaid@laurentian.ca for issues relating to OSAP, or fees@laurentian.ca  regarding fees to arrange a convenient time.

Students may also contact the Office of Student Affairs, or submit a Complaint Form

Where possible clients with mobility issues will not be required to line-up and will be dealt with on a priority basis.
